Terms of Service

We're preparing our full terms of service. In the meantime, the essentials of how Shompadan works today:

Your newsroom is hosted and operated by us. There is no self-hosted version.
You are the publisher of everything you publish, and you're responsible for it.
We talk to every newsroom, and decide together whether to go ahead, before we set it up.
No payment is taken while we talk. When we agree, you sign an Order Form and pay a deposit. After that you are invoiced and pay by bank transfer. See our pricing & billing policy for exactly how that works, including any extra-usage charges.
Our prices depend on services we buy in, chiefly AI models and hosting. If one of those costs changes, we may change your plan's price. We will tell you at least 30 days before the new price applies, and you can cancel before then. See our pricing & billing policy.
We may suspend a newsroom that is used for unlawful or abusive purposes.
